As obvious by the name, a Post Implementation Report is a review report about a product after its implementation.   1. Have a complete overview of the implemented product.
  2. Have a detailed questionnaire excel/word sheet for the customer/users to carefully assess each factor of the product. This may include reliability, scope, satisfaction factor, product response, etc.
